We want you to be thrilled with your 17WELL purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Here's what you need to know

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Please include your original 17WELL order number with your return. This helps us process your refund quickly. If you can't find your order number, contact our friendly customer service team before sending your item back.
  • Only items purchased directly from our website (17well.com) can be returned to 17WELL.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure your returned item is securely repackaged with all original cords, accessories, and documentation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with details about the refunded amount. The refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

We understand that mistakes happen. However, due to the efficiency of our order processing system, we are currently unable to offer order cancellations or address changes once an order is placed.

If you cannot pick up your order from the original address

The carrier will attempt delivery ONLY once. If unsuccessful, they'll hold your package at the nearest Post Office for a period of time. If you don't pick it up from the Post Office, it will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, we'll contact you to confirm a new address for redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
