We stand behind the quality of our products. If your 17WELL product develops a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What's Not Covered:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper transportation.
• Products purchased outside of America.
• Products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized individuals.
• Products that have not been used according to our care instructions.
• Damage that exceeds the original product value.
• Deterioration caused by improper storage or handling on your part.
• Lack of a dated proof of purchase.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
